I've been going to GSD for almost a year now for laser hair removal. I see Daiva every six weeks, and she's not only super professional but also really nice and approachable. I always feel comfortable during my visits. The treatment isn’t painful at all - it just feels like tiny elastic bands snapping against the skin. I used to worry that laser would be super painful! If you're thinking about getting laser hair removal, I totally recommend GSD!!!

I was really lucky to have David Watt, the consultant plastic surgeon and medical director at Skin Surgery Clinic, handle the removal of a basal cell carcinoma (skin cancer) from a noticeable spot in my hairline right in the middle of my forehead.
During the first consultation, David took the time to explain the best treatment options, patiently answered all my questions, and clearly showed he had plenty of experience with this kind of procedure.
While the operation was happening, he had support from both a nurse and a healthcare assistant: David, Christine, and Nicola were all calm, friendly, and professional.
The procedure was performed under local anaesthetic and was quick and nearly painless. The outcome is fantastic, and I received a lot of detailed advice on after-care.
I’m not usually one to go for private medicine, but it looked like the NHS would have taken ages for the excision, so I was really glad to find this clinic.
The place is easy to get to, with a modern and open layout, plus good parking, and everyone was there to help me. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience.
